since i got my mission call things have seemed to take a definite shift in my social life waiting. i seriously cannot wait to go, but me being anxious about waiting for my mission is not exactly big news now is it? it's been strange this limbo time between mission call and actually leaving. when michael was waiting he was completely miserable. i'm nervous for what it will be like when i don't have school to distract me.
but the point of this blog is not to talk about what i'm nervous about but instead what makes me happy.
no school makes me unbelievably happy! i am currently writing this post whilst listening to my last lecture for 6 whole days! the next week will be spent arguing playing with my little sisters and eating food... so much food! thanksgiving has to be one of my favorite holidays ever. hands. down. you get to eat yummy food, watch some great football parades, dad will singe his eyebrows off lighting the fire place, and it honestly feels like there isn't a care in the world.
in elementary school i remember dressing up like the native americans and the pilgrims and having a thanksgiving feast the day before thanksgiving break. i never had to dress up like the pilgrims... which is a good thing because lets be honest the native americans were way more fun to be like (after all i am totes a native) besides who doesn't want a feather instead of a stupid blue paper hat?!?
any way here's to a great thanksgiving week see you ten pounds later :)
