lucky

this week i've been listening to a lot of britney spears... weird to some... normal for me.  any way one of my favorite songs from her is lucky... mostly because in her music video i loved her fluffy robe thing she wore.  i was thinking about that song though and how sad it really is. how many of us have so many things that we are given and blessed with but are still so sad?

today as i was revamping the blog, getting ready to get out of here in 28 days... whatttt?!?!?!??! i was struck with how happy i am (weird for me right? i'm usually such a depressed person) and how blessed i am.   and here's why

1. this week i found out unexpectedly that one of my best friends in the world got her mission call and is going to new hampshire! congrats girl!! xoxo
2. i got to go get pictures done with syd and tiki on monday... SO MUCH FUN!

3. i am blessed with not just 1 but 2 jobs.
4. mrs. dixon bought me a diet coke today... i love diet coke.
5. my hair looks really really good today even though i didn't put much effort into it
6. i get to go on a mission in 28 days
7. i'm going to texas roadhouse tonight YAY!
8. i met the boy my sister likes today and i really liked him... but don't tell her that
9. my parents are really cool
10. my outfit is really cute
11. i have $16 of in-store credit at downeast... it's like free shopping!

and a million other things... but i'd say that list is enough to make me the luckiest girl on the wasatch front right now
