On monday Provo probably had the most beautiful day I have seen in a very very long time. It was perfect and as I walked accross campus (listening to celine dion of course) I found myself thinking about how just the sunshine can make the whole campus come back to life. I looked around and everybody was outside, and in my classes people seemed to come out of that winter zombie like state. Monday was a great day but it seems like every day lately has been great. I have literally the best room mates in the history of room mates, I even looked it up in the guieness book of world records and there is a picture of my room mates. We have been working on working out every day, and sometimes it really sucks. Yesterday, it really sucked because we were at the library until the end of time and then we came home and did this crazy insane work out. but really it's little things like sitting in the kitchen after a work out or texting eachother from across the table in the library that remind me how much i love those girls and how lucky I am. Living the college life can be really crazy I mean you stay up for hours on end studying and going to school, plus trying to balance a social life, stay in shape, do your visiting teaching, keep in touch with old friends, keep in touch with your family, and eat healthy, but if you think about it we are so free at this point in our life. We live with our best friends on our own, we get to chose who we are what we do and how we spend our time how can we not be happy about that?!

There is this talk by Elder Richard G. Scott about being happy, it litterally changed my life if you would like to read it just click here. It talks about all the beautiful things that contribute to our happiness.
I found this on pinterst (aka the best time waster ever) and I just really loved it. remember YOU have control over YOUR own happiness.
