crafting

this weekend was a fun one! i went home and hung out with rylee and carly on friday night and then on saturday morning we went down to provo to take care of the whole car situation.

when we got home me and my mom and rylee made some maxi skirts! it was so exciting to get to make something that actually turned out to be something i was excited to wear!

i was nervous about my mom cutting up my fabric but she really knew what she was doing :)

it was nick's farwell so i wore my new skirt :)

on sunday it was nick's farewell.  he did such a good job! it had to be the best farewell talk i have ever heard.  i managed to hold in the tears until i hugged him after and then i started tearing up, it's weird we have gone from pretty much hating tolerating each other (we both wanted michael's attention) to being friendish, to being the best of friends! i'm so proud of him and i know he is gonna be an AMAZING missionary (just like he is with all that he does).
