they don't wrap their eggs in brightly colored foil (May 19)

heyyyyyyyyyyy
this week has been HEAPS better than last week.  we have had so many miracles.  finding here has been way more challenging than when i was in Washington.  most people aren't willing to just have a nice conversation with you on their porch so tracting is pretty much a waste of time but we do it any way when we don't have any other ideas of what to do.  The work here in greenmount is progressing like CRAZY! i love it here! but really i do love it!
our investigator shane is probably the biggest miracle that I want to share.  So on Saturday we didn't have hardly any lessons planned which was strange for that week because we had lessons like every 2 hours monday-friday earlier.  So we were planning on going and visiting a heap of people but nobody was there.. so we had to tract aka get doors slammed in our face... Sister Simon takes it really hard so it's hard for me to not get down, but any way we kept going the whole day and our last appointment was with Shae our less active neighbor who is Shane's guardian.  We hadn't been able to see Shane since Monday night because when we asked him to pray he kinda freaked out (his stupid friends were there and told him that praying was dumb... ya don't worry we are working on them too) So on Saturday night we went over and Shane was like "hey will yous teach me again?" yous means you guys btw.  and we were like OF COURSE! and then Shane surprised us by coming to church on Sunday, and then there was a youth fireside and he was like can I go to that too?! so we went and it was about temples and he was like I love how I feel here, it's so peaceful.  Me and Sister Simon explained to him that it was the spirit that he was feeling and he could feel it all the time if he prayed and read his scriptures.  He said he would do that! We were thrilled at this point.  But it gets better! On Wednesday the youth are going rock climbing and they invited Shane he was super excited! When we go back home we went over to share a message with Shae and he was saying how he was going to go out of town for 3 days on Tuesday and take Shane with him.  Shane was really saddened by this because he was looking forward to going with the youth. Shae saw this and immediately changed his plans.  We are going to teach Shane again tonight... I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FREAKEN EXCITED! He's great! I really hope and Shane can get involved with the gospel and get some hope in his life.
Thank you so much for all of your prayers. I can feel them and I need them.  I love yous ;)
I LOVE being a missionary :)
